UPDATE... On May 12, 2008, Governor Sonny Perdue signed into law the 2008 Entertainment Industry Investment Act (HB 1100), new legislation designed to encourage entertainment industry productions in Georgia. The signing ceremony took place at the studios of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.), where the Governor was joined by Phil Kent, chairman and CEO of TBS, Inc., and over 100 attendees including legislators, industry leaders and members of the entertainment industry... On the Congress.org Web site, scroll down to the GEORGIA LEGISLATIVE ACTION CENTER and look for the MY ELECTED OFFICIALS section. If the section is collapsed, click on the View button. Type in your mailing address and click the Go button to access your local list of legislators. Click on a State Representative or Senator link, then call or click on their E-mail address to send a message.
