ATL FILM SOCIETY PLAZA THEATER NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT
"Thank you for your years of help and support, as we've worked to bring you quality cinematic entertainment. We're saddened to say that because of the COVID-19 virus, even after taking every conceivable measure to stay open and operate safely, the City of Atlanta has ordered all movie theaters, among other service-based restaurants, to close. Unfortunately we cannot pivot to carry-out movies. So we're asking you, our loyal patrons and fellow lovers of cinema to pitch in, for us to be able to re-open The Plaza once this order is over. Your pledge will ease the stressors of a group that want nothing more than to deliver dreams and experiences to our audience, and keep this adored and rare Atlanta landmark alive."
