ADICLERE EVANS


An award-winning producer and leader with more than 20 years of entertainment production experience, Adiclere Evans is passionately working to create longevity and equity in production that empowers Black directors, creatives, talent, and crew throughout the world. She founded The Funnel Creative and Rev Engine to showcase the full spectrum of talent by Black creatives in entertainment and to produce cutting-edge content for agencies, artists, brands and networks."

RASHIDI HENDRIX


Rashidi Hendrix is an award-winning producer and talent manager who is a Partner at Independent Artists Media and CEO of Metallic Pictures, a Los Angeles based television/film production company. As a manager, Hendrix represents a roster of actors, comedians, TV & Film writers and directors, actors and comedians, that have worked on shows like End of the Road (Netflix), Bad Dad Rehab (TvOne), Queen Sugar (OWN), The Ranch (Netflix), Chicago Fire (NBC), Criminal Minds (CBS), Bates Motel (A&E), NCIS (CBS), Deadly Class (Syfy), Preacher (AMC), Crazy Love (Lifetime), Shameless (Showtime), Late Night with Seth Meyers(NBC), Luke Cage (Netflix), Insecure (HBO), Laff Tracks (TruTV), Chuck (NBC), Paper Friends (BET), Chopped (Food Network), Late Night Chef Fight (FYI) and hit features like Takers & The Equalizer.


As a producer, Hendrix has worked on shows like Set the Record Straight (Hulu), Bet On Black (Peacock), Orange is the New Black (Netflix), The Apprentice (NBC), We Are The Jones (DISCOVERY), According to Him + Her (CENTIC), HOT PROPERTIES (HGTV), The Encounter (Syfy), Jimmy Kimmel Live (ABC), Shark Tank (NBC) and MTV Awards. In 2022, Hendrix won 3 Emmys and 4 Telly Awards for his hit series on Hulu, Set the Record Straight: The Jam Master Jay Case. He started his career as a series development executive at MTV in 2007. Prior to MTV, he was an awarding wining music publishing A&R executive with multiple Grammy’s and BMI, ASCAP and SESAC awards from his signings.


Hendrix is an avid public speaker with over 200 engagements to his credit speaking at panels, podcasts, conferences, conventions, summits, universities and national television as an expert. In 2019, Hendrix was appointed by FCC Chairman Ajit Pai to serve as a member of his FCC Advisory Committee on Diversity and Digital Empowerment in Washington, DC. to assist the chairman on creating diversity initiatives for the media and entertainment sectors. In 2017 he was asked to join the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for the Writer’s Guild of America-East (WGA), in which he is also an active member. In addition, Hendrix serves on many community organizations as a volunteer and active mentor to young people. Hendrix graduated from Florida A&M and Florida State Universities with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.

SEAN LARKIN


Sean Larkins is inspired by real life experience. With more than twenty-nine years of stand-up comedy, Sean uses versatility and wit to entertain audiences. He is also a talented actor, writer, and producer. Sean has written and appeared in several television shows such as include HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, BET’S “Comic View”, CBS’s The Neighborhood, and was also a writer for the 2021 Soul Train Music Awards.

RORY WALKER


Growing up in Miami, Jamaican born Rory Walker was surrounded by a melting pot of cultures. He has always had a love for music and film, and five years ago, the two things he loved collied with a budding career. His depth of field and cinematic style led him to become a music video producer and director creating visual masterpieces for artists such as Dipset, Lil Durk and many more. His unmatched determination and work ethic has also afforded him the opportunity to work on different projects with production companies, such as promotional commercials for NBC Universal shows Perfect Harmony, The Voice, and New Amsterdam.


In overcoming adversities and having a die-hard work ethic, Rory has developed an unmatched determination that not only given him incredible opportunities, but also allowed him to open an Atlanta based production studio, VividRich HQ in 2018 with his partner Kash Kerr. Since its opening, VividRich HQ has birthed several videos by influential artists such as Rick Ross, Lil Baby, Jacob Latimore, and TI. Currently, Rory is in the process of expanding the studio, as well as expanding his brand by producing scripted content.


Rory is the father of two sons, seven and nineteen. He also has a passion for working with the youth, which includes working with the YMCA youth Atlanta chapter, and has created a “Feed The Homeless” program in Atlanta which operates on a bi-weekly basis. Rory is a believer in hard work and is motivated by the goal to provide his family with generational wealth and the resources needed to succeed.
