The Southern Horror Film Festival is a horror film festival in Atlanta, Georgia. This annual event showcases horror films from around the world. Atlanta has a great film scene in general, but also a dedicated horror film community that is eager to see new films. All flavors of horror are accepted including creatures, suspense, vampires, zombies, psycho killers, dark comedy, animation, and other horrific situations that will make our audience jump.

This event takes place on Saturday, October 29th, 2022, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at the Resonant Studios, 1397 Blashfield St SE, Atlanta, GA, 30315. In-Person Tickets can be purchased through this link. The festival will also have a virtual catalog with the official selection films on-demand available for 36 hours. This year’s Festival is a partnered event with Resonant Studios and it will include: Short film screenings, table reads, filmmaker Q&As & networking, followed by a Halloween and Costume party with Resonant Studios. In-Person ticket features the screening, costume party and beer provided by Good Word brewing.

About Resonant Studios
Resonant Studios is a haven for Atlanta's creative community. Founded by local filmmakers, their aim is to foster creative collaborations with visionaries from the commercial, film, and non-profit spaces. Located just minutes from downtown, the airport and the newly completed southern section of the Beltline, they offer a spacious 4,000 sq.ft. warehouse with a Pre Lit CYC wall and an adjacent shoot house for turnkey photo and video productions of all kinds.
